I have your posted your midterm study guide here. You will be able to use a 4x6 notecard on the exam.
Over the weekend your only homework is to write the final draft of your persuasive essay. Final drafts must be submitted onto Turnitin by Monday morning. Your rough drafts should be brought to class and passed in on Monday.
Our trial will continue on Monday. Please make sure to dress accordingly.
All Trial work (classwork, rough drafts, and final drafts of affidavits, questions, open/close statements, etc.) are due at the end of class on Monday. Work will not be accepted late.
On Wednesday, November 3rd or Thursday, November 4th we will start talking about our next unit: Fahrenheit 451 & Censorship in America. A component of this unit will be to read a book on your own from theattached list. You will participate in literature circles and write a paper on your book. All you need to do this weekend is to pick a book from the attached list, acquire your book, and bring it to class on Wednesday, November 3rd (for Period 4) or Thursday, November 4th (for Period 2). Bringing your book to class is worth ten classwork points.
